Dr. Fritz Wenck, a longtime local dentist who first became an elected Board of Trustees member for LTCC 42 years ago, has just retired from the system as the third longest-serving community college board trustee in California history.

LTCC's Board of Trustees has selected Mr. Jeff DeFranco to serve as the college's fifth superintendent/president. Mr. DeFranco has served as LTCC's vice president of administrative services for the past four and a half years. He will begin in his new role in February 2017.
