Verify Your Identity
Starting Oct. 1, 2026, applicants 18 and older must verify their identity before LTCC receives their application.
Here's how:
- Submit your application through CCCApply.
- Sign in to your OpenCCC account.
- Verify your identity using CA DMV Wallet or ID.me.
Your application stays on hold until you verify. If it's on hold, you'll get an email. Sign in and complete verification to send it to LTCC.
International students and applicants from outside California should use ID.me. Prefer to verify in person? Visit LTCC Enrollment Services in Room A110 and our staff will help.
Applicants 17 and younger: You don't need to verify. Your application goes directly to LTCC.
