The Lake Tahoe Community College Art Club welcomes Visiting Artist Malcolm Tibbetts for a free event that the entire community is invited to attend. On Friday, November 3, Tibbetts will present a lecture about his artistic pursuits at 5:30pm in Room F101 in the Fine Arts building on LTCC's. Space is limited for this free event, so please arrive early to ensure your spot.

Some exciting news to share. Gov. Jerry Brown signed Assembly Bill 19 into law Friday afternoon, enabling California community colleges to provide a year of free tuition for the 2018/19 academic year.

Thanks to a funding agreement between Lake Tahoe Community College and the Tahoe Transportation District, currently enrolled LTCC students can now use their college photo ID cards to ride all local transit services for free through June 30, 2018.
