Lake Tahoe Community College's First On-Campus Housing Opens Fall 2025!

We're excited to announce that LTCC’s very first on-campus residence hall will be ready to welcome students in Fall 2025! This modern facility offers both single and double-occupancy rooms, each featuring an ensuite bathroom shared between two rooms for added privacy and convenience.

Every room comes fully furnished, including a twin bed, desk, chair, and storage closet for each resident. Plus, you'll have your own kitchenette area, perfect for quick meals and snacks. The residence hall also features spacious lounges, quiet study areas, and access to a fully equipped shared kitchen, giving you all the comforts of home in a vibrant student community.

Housing Fees:
Double Occupancy: $500 per month ($1500 per academic term)*
Single Occupancy: $795 per month ($2385 per academic term)*
Includes all utilities and internet services.
Residents will also participate in the on-campus dining service, at a cost to be determined.

Enjoy the convenience of on-campus living, with immediate access to your classes, the library, fitness center, and campus activities, while avoiding the (snowy) commutes.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the on-campus residence hall, you must be a California resident or AB 540 student with demonstrated financial need, as determined by eligibility for Pell Grants, Cal Grant, AB 540/Dream App, and/or Board of Governor fee waiver. To make sure you qualify, complete and submit your federal FAFSA application at the earliest opportunity.
