Dropping Classes:  Instructors may drop students who do not attend the first class meeting or have excessive absences; however, students should never assume an instructor will drop them. IT IS THE STUDENT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO DROP CLASSES. Students who remain enrolled in a class past the withdrawal date will receive a grade. Withdrawal (drop with a "W") must be done in person at the Admissions & Records office.
